THE TENSION The Dangote Fertiliser Plant is a landmark industrial project for Nigeria and the continent. Its official launch demanded an experience worthy of that status, with the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in attendance, alongside global industry leaders and senior government officials. Outori received the brief with less than one week to plan and execute.
Under extreme time pressure, excellence is not the goal. It is the only option. The trust placed in Outori to deliver a national moment of this significance, under these conditions, was itself a statement about what the brand had built through every previous engagement with the Dangote Group.
“Greenvolution.” A theme that transformed an industrial plant opening into a story about growth, sustainability, and Nigeria’s agricultural future. The brief was not to organise an event. It was to build a moment that communicated the weight of the occasion to everyone present, from the President to the plant workers.
THE EXPERIENCE Working within a compressed timeline, Outori developed purpose-built event infrastructure and staging, giant-scale installations and immersive backdrops, creative food displays and branded moments, and precisely managed guest flow and protocol coordination. Safety, security, and seamless execution were non-negotiable across every element.
